At SAHA Technology, we chose Prismic as our Content Management System. The free version meets our needs, offering 2 locales for translation, 100GB of media storage, and 4 million API calls per month.

Why Brevo?

Brevo is a robust CRM tool for marketing that helps businesses manage customer relationships and drive personalized marketing campaigns. With powerful automation features, Brevo enables businesses to create targeted email marketing campaigns, track customer behavior, and boost conversions. Its seamless integration with various platforms makes it an essential tool for marketers looking to streamline their workflows and enhance customer engagement.

At SAHA Technology, we use Brevo as our marketing tool. As a small startup, sending 300 newsletters daily (9,000 per month) is sufficient for our current needs.

How to integrate Brevo with Prismic?

Setup Prismic field

Step 1: Sign up to Prismic and create a new Content Type, and name it Brevo.

Step 2: Enable switch box slice, and click on plus icon to create a new slice. Then fill the information like shown in the image below.

Step 3: Drag and drop the field type Key Text in the right toolbar to the non-repeatable zone. And do the same step for Select field.

The final result will look like this...

Click on save at the top right corner and here we go. 🎉🥳

Let's set up a Brevo form and integrates it into Prismic.

Setup Brevo

Step 1: Sign up to Brevo

• Go to Contact > Forms,
• Click on "create new subscription form" button

Step 2: Give a name to form and go to the step 2 of creation. Then setup your form. Just drag and drop the field you need from the left toolbar to the main form.

Step 3: Follow instruction until step 6. Here we can see the integration mode: iframe, HTML and simple HTML. We will use HTML because we need Javascript that Brevo provide to handle request to Brevo. Copy it because we need it later.

Now we finished Brevo form setup. so...

What's next?

Step 1:

• Click on the icon document,
• In the next page, click on create a new page and select Brevo content type.
• Then, click on Add slice

Step 2: Fill the form field with Brevo HTML form, select the form type (You will need it in implementation). Save and publish.

And voilà, you’ve successfully integrated Brevo with Prismic! 🎉🎉🎉
